1. The Secret Garden Café ☕

Tucked away inside Mesnes Park, this cosy little café serves great coffee, homemade cakes, and a peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for a quiet catch-up or a solo escape with a book, this place is a proper hidden gem in the heart of Wigan.

2. Fairy Glen 🌳

Just outside Wigan in Appley Bridge, Fairy Glen is a magical woodland escape with winding trails, waterfalls, and peaceful scenery. It’s perfect for a Sunday walk, a bit of fresh air, or just to escape the hustle and bustle.
